Our Services
Gas Heating, Catering Gas, and Plant Rooms
GreenLight is a Gas Safe registered company with commercially qualified Gas Safe Engineers. As part of our property compliance services, we also hold OFTEC registration, ensuring our engineers are fully certified to handle gas and oil-related compliance work.
High Level Gas Heaters
Our Gas Safe Engineers are PASMA trained and IPAF Harness qualified. We use scaffolding or powered access equipment to service and certify gas heaters, ensuring full compliance with safety standards.
Gas/Oil Annual Certification (SR)
This includes an in-depth inspection by a Gas Safe/OFTEC engineer to assess key mechanical components, safety features, CO2 flue readings, and installation quality. Certificates are issued post-inspection as part of our property compliance services.
Kitchen Catering Gas Safety Certification and Pressure Testing
Ensuring efficient burner operation and safe post-combustion gas management is crucial for compliance. We conduct comprehensive catering gas safety checks, followed by a Commercial Catering Safety Certificate.
Boiler Servicing Annual (SR)
Our boiler servicing includes cleaning heat exchangers, replacing seals where needed, appliance cleaning, and burner recommissioning as per manufacturer requirements.
Annual Auxiliary Equipment Inspections (HPM)
As part of our property compliance services, we inspect auxiliary equipment, checking pumps, actuators, thermostats, solenoid valves, and pressure systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Gas Pressure Annual Testing
A drop pressure test is conducted from the nearest gas meter to the fixed appliance, testing supply line pressure and checking for leaks. Results are documented in the gas safety certificate.
Annual Inhibitor Checks (HPM)
We check closed system inhibitor levels to protect heating system components, preventing corrosion and extending equipment lifespan. Any remedial work required is quoted separately.
Air Conditioning Maintenance
GreenLight is an F-Gas registered company with F-Gas qualified engineers.
F-Gas Leak Detection Testing
Under our property compliance services, we conduct annual F-Gas leak detection tests using specialist equipment. This ensures harmful fluorinated gases are not released into the environment. Certification follows each inspection.
Servicing
Our servicing includes filter cleaning, FCU wipe-downs, coil maintenance, condensate pump line clearing, and condenser cleaning.
TM44 Energy Assessment for Buildings
We provide energy efficiency assessments for air conditioning systems over 12kW, offering guidance on improvements and alternative solutions. This independent assessment ensures full compliance with TM44 regulations.
Boiler Servicing Annual (SR)
Our boiler servicing includes heat exchanger cleaning, new seals where required, appliance cleaning, and manufacturer-compliant burner recommissioning.
Electrical Systems Maintenance
GreenLight are highly qualified electricians with many accreditations in accordance with NICEIC.
Periodic Electrical Testing
Every five years, we conduct a detailed electrical safety report through an NICEIC contractor. This covers installations, distribution boards, mains electrics, and plug sockets, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations.
Annual PAT Testing
As part of our property compliance services, we conduct annual Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to ensure electrical appliances meet safety standards.
Door Entry Systems Annual Inspection
Our electrical safety services include annual inspections of door entry systems, ensuring they function correctly and comply with safety standards.
Electronic Gates Maintenance Annual Inspection
We conduct an annual electrical test and safety inspection on electronic gates to ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
Water Hygiene and Legionella Control
All work completed in accordance with COSHH regulations, complete with manometer air flow test and certification.
Annual Inspection of Cold-Water Tanks
Our compliance inspections include a thorough assessment of cold-water tanks, analyzing temperatures, water conditions, and mechanical installation to ensure they meet property compliance services standards.
Annual Training of Site Responsible Person
We provide Legionella awareness training for site-responsible personnel, ensuring they understand temperature testing, showerhead descaling, and flushing of rarely used outlets.
Annual Hot Water Systems
Our services include blow-down and thermal disinfection of water heaters to prevent sediment buildup and ensure compliance. Certification follows each inspection.
Water Sampling
We conduct water sampling from hot systems, tanks, and showers, testing for Legionella bacteria. Samples are sent to accredited laboratories for analysis in compliance with best practice guidelines.
Energy Assessing
GreenLight are highly qualified electricians with many accreditations in accordance with NICEIC.
Annual Tree Safety Audit
An annual visual risk assessment of the trees for conditions such as rot, disease and likelihood of falling and causing damage to buildings / general population. Complete with report, site map and photographic evidence.
Tree Surveying
The tree surveying contractor should be suitable competent and Qualified with LANTRA level III or above.
Annual Display Energy Certificate
Provision of an Annual DEC.
Fire Control
All work completed by suitable industry qualified such as BAFE, a member of the FIA etc. and demonstrably competent.
Annual Emergency Lighting Depletion Test and Certification
An annual run-down test in accordance with BS5266 Part 1. Complete with certificate.
Annual Fire Extinguishers Servicing
Fire extinguishers are services and inspected according to the correct guidance. Defective consumable items are picked up for remedial quotes outside the scope of the contract.
Six Monthly Fire Alarm Testing
Maintenance and inspections of the fire alarms systems six monthly in accordance with BS5839 Part 1. Complete with certificate.
